After leaving San Salvatore station
the line passed under the Attard to Mdina road through a short
25 yds long tunnel and then continued on embankment before reaching G.H. No 12. where the line crossed
the Ta Bert road. The line continued on a slight curve for a further 190 yds. before G.H. No 13. was reached
and the line crossed the Ta Srina road. From G.H. No 13 the line
was straight for a further 430 yds before the G.H. No 14, the
last on the line, was reached and the line crossed the Zebbug
to Mdina road. The line continued on embankment passing over
a small road on a single
span masonry bridge
to Museum station. From the bridge there is a good view of
Mdina. |
