The Railway track ran on the left side of the blue house on the corner of Triq I Cillia. With the closure of the Railway the opportunity was not missed to fill the gap.

The line continued parrallel to Strada Villa Ambrosa, passing the rear of the Fra Diego Institute, to the junction with Strada Villa Ambrosa and the site of Msida station. The church of the Madonna Berikna, at the rear of the Fra Diego Institute, is built directly on the line of the railway. Triq Kappilan Mifsud is built almost on the line of the route.
